Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Nexlytix LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT consultancy and cybersecurity services to every client we work with. Due to the nature of our services, which involve the allocation of professional time, expertise, and resources, all fees paid to Nexlytix LLC are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

2. General Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made for consultancy services, cybersecurity assessments, advisory engagements, and any other professional services rendered by Nexlytix LLC are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes deposits, retainer fees, and milestone payments. By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Deposits and Retainers

Deposits and retainer fees collected prior to the start of an engagement are used to reserve our team’s time and begin project planning. These fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the client subsequently decides not to proceed with the engagement.

4. Partial Refunds

In limited circumstances, Nexlytix LLC may consider a partial refund at our sole discretion. A partial refund may be evaluated if a client cancels an engagement before a significant portion of the work has been completed, and the cancellation is made in writing with reasonable notice. Any partial refund issued will reflect only the value of work not yet performed, minus any administrative costs, preparation work, or resources already allocated to the engagement.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances: services have been fully or substantially delivered; the client is dissatisfied with outcomes that were outside the scope of guarantees outlined in the service agreement; the client fails to cooperate, provide necessary access, or respond in a timely manner, resulting in project delays or inability to deliver; or the client is in violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Service Disputes

If you believe that a service was not delivered as agreed upon in your service contract or statement of work, we encourage you to contact us directly before requesting a refund. Nexlytix LLC is committed to resolving disputes in good faith and will work with you to address any legitimate concerns, which may include remediation of services or a credit toward future engagements.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled engagement or service, please notify us as soon as possible in writing at support@consultnexlytix.com. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled consultation or engagement may forfeit any fees paid for that session. Cancellations made with adequate advance notice may be eligible for rescheduling without penalty, subject to availability.

8. Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs incurred by Nexlytix LLC on your behalf, such as software licenses, tools, or subcontractor fees, are strictly non-refundable and will not be credited back under any circumstances.

9. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us in writing at support@consultnexlytix.com with your full name, company name, description of the services rendered, the reason for your request, and the amount in question. We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

10. Changes to This Policy

Nexlytix LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
